15 Aug. 1994 onward, ASPECT started to work with an objective of creating employment and self employment and bringing the various govt. schemes at the threshold of the student community of undeveloped and neglected areas through various campaigns, workshops, career guidance etc.

30th Aug. 1999 a subsidiary was opened under ASPECT. On the basis of public private partnership and without any govt. aid, this institution succeeded in imparting high quality education and employment.First workshop has been arrange in the collaboration of Nagpur and Amravati university NSS department .

30th Oct. 2005, the socio-education vision of AISA-INDIA academia facilitated Mr. SWAPNIL KOKATE (Secretary AISA-INDIA) to be elected as a youngest ever senate member of MAHARASHTRA in SGBA University Amravati whose remarkable work is a landmark such as formation of Career Counseling Cell, first time in the history of the University, arranging national and international open campus and formation and success of the proposal for govt. about internship program for B.A/B.Com. students in govt. sectors.

Nov 24. 2007, in its general meeting, AISA-INDIA decided to form a Co-operative Society for unemployed which is named as AITS. AITS where unemployed youth will be the members of this organization and get the employment and a platform for business.

In Nov 24. 2009, in its general meeting, the intelligence of AISA-INDIA thought about taking up the work with high technology to maintain the ratio between the members and work. a Corporate Company was formed to explore a software development related works at national and international level.

In 11 Feb. 2011, AISA-INDIA,thought to extend their services in society for unemployed , directionless youth to disseminate the information , skill promotion ,higher education, career counseling and training through in connotation with IGNOU-AISECT design education awareness van for Vidarbha region and was inaugurated by Hon. Rajendra Darda ( Former Education And Industry Minister Of Maharashtra Govt. ) , its concept of core member of foundation and regional Director IGNOU where our volunteer/ Counsellor explicate about various traditional education and skill oriented program in rural and downtrodden areas .

In 2013, AISA-INDIA, WORKES in connotation with C-DAC FOR Capacity building of students of SC./S.T. category AISA-INDIA run free of cost training for SC./S.T. category and bpl students where our expert faculty train student on regular basis for generate employment self employment.

In 2015, AISA-INDIA, WORKES in connotation with NIELIT (Govt. Of India) ASPECT Foundation run program to improve employability of rural youth of Sc/St/Minority & Women of (BPL) for Vidarbha region , where our expert faculty train student on regular basis for genratte employment self employment.

In 2017, AISA-INDIA, WORKES in connotation head quarter Indian Airforce With The Inspiration Of Our President Works For “AFWWA” Airforce wife welfare association and conduct various training program for airmen wife’s and wayward also donate computer and furniture for air force servants play school in presence of hon. commander and president AFWWA Regional And Local.

In 2020, AISA-INDIA, member and volunteer individual accordingly to there capacity works people for medical and economic support , meanwhile through social media arrange various counseling and awareness program through online and video conferencing Facebook live.

In 2022, AISA-INDIA, in connotation with ASPECT with support of MSDE , DGT, NSDC Planning to arrange apprentice awareness program for all student and also arrange various placement drive, job fair for needy student.
